What markets do you cover?

Metro Vancouver, Victoria, the Lower Mainland, Calgary, and Edmonton. We don't cover other provinces at this time.

What information do I need to provide?

Your unit's address, unit type (basement suite, condo, townhouse, etc.), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether you're listing for a new tenant or renewing a lease. The intake form takes about 2 minutes.

How current is the data?

We pull active listings at the time of your report, so the comps reflect what's on the market right now — not last quarter's data.

What's your refund policy?

If we can't find 5 or more active comparable listings for your unit — which can happen in very rural or unusual areas — we'll refund your payment in full and let you know why. Reports are custom-researched for your specific property; if we delivered a full report with your comps and pricing recommendation, the work has been done and we stand behind it.

What if my neighbourhood is hard to comp?
