Common questions

What markets do you cover?

Metro Vancouver, Victoria, the Lower Mainland, Calgary, and Edmonton. We don't cover other provinces at this time.

What information do I need to provide?

Your unit's address, unit type (basement suite, condo, townhouse, etc.), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a little context — are you listing for a new tenant or renewing a lease?

How current is the data?

We pull active listings at the time of your report, so the comps reflect what's on the market right now — not last quarter's data.

What if my neighbourhood is unusual or hard to comp?

We'll note it in the confidence section of your report and explain what drove our recommendation. If we genuinely can't produce a useful report for your area, we'll let you know and refund your payment.
